Waking up before the alarm

I recently changed my sleep schedule. It has been four months since I made the change.
In the beginning, I needed to have my alarm on. I had to listen to the sound to wake up. But as I built up the habit I started waking up a few minutes before my alarm was supposed to go off.
I wanted to share a few tips that might help you build your own sleep schedule.
The first thing you need to do is to find a fixed time for you to go to bed and wake up. You need to be strict with this. Because your body needs to know when to shut down and when to wake up. Give yourself some buffer with bedtime. If you plan on sleeping at 11:00, try to be in bed by 10:30. Because you will be wasting some time scrolling before bed.
The other tip would be to build a nighttime routine and a back morning routine. This signals your body what to expect at that particular moment. This was key in helping me wake up before my alarm. My biological clock knew when to be ready to wake up to follow the routine.
The last tip would be to exercise. Exercise really has a huge impact on the quality of your sleep. The better your quality of sleep is the easier it is to wake up.
