Turning 10,000 days old

I am on my way to work. It is a busy morning—lots of people on the train. I glance outside to look at the scenery. But then I get this notification on my phone. It says that I am turning 10,000 days old.
I don’t remember if and when I set this notification. It was interesting to see the notification. I had a chance to look at it and reflect. When you say 27 years it doesn’t sound like a lot. But when you put it as 10,000 days, it seems like a lot.
10,000 days on planet earth. 10,000 human days. All you can do is take one day at a time. Especially after you are an adult. No matter how big the years look, break it down. Go slow. Enjoy the process.
