One more year with Squarespace

About a year back I signed up for Squarespace. It wasn’t an easy decision. The money might be not much for a lot of people but for me, it was a big investment. It also meant that I had to stay committed at least for a year since I already paid for the service.
One year later I can say that it was one of the best decisions I took. I always saw different Youtubers promote Squarespace. I was a bit skeptical since there were a lot of different services available. But I finally made the decision to stick to Squarespace.
The main reason I choose Squarespace was its simplicity. A lot of other platforms do offer more functions but Squarespace offered simplicity. Being a minimalist and an advocate for simple living, I couldn’t choose anything else. From setting up your website to getting your domain, everything is easy to do.
After signing up I set up the website firstly as my portfolio but at the beginning of this year, I started doing a daily blog challenge. In both cases, the website has been easy to use. I could update things both on my phone and laptop. It was easy to blog everyday. I also like the functionalities they have. For some people, they might not be enough, but for most people, it’s easy and simple to use.
I have decided to stick to Squarespace again. I will invest one more year. I would highly recommend the service to any new bloggers or anyone who wants to have their own small piece of the internet. If you are a beginner then this is the platform for you. If you already know a lot about websites you might not enjoy the simplicity. You might want a different platform where you can customize more. But for the everyday user, Squarespace gets my vote.
