A simple way to build discipline

Every time I share with some my journey with consistency, a common reply is that you are disciplined. “You are very disciplined. I am not disciplined.”
They also share that it’s difficult to build discipline for them. So I wanted to share a simple tip to build discipline.
The tip is to keep going. Don’t stop. You will never have a perfect streak but the perfect streak isn’t important. It’s important to show up the day after you missed a day. That’s where most people fail. They miss one day and it starts a domino effect. Never let that happen. Failure is a big part of your consistency journey. The day after you fail is the most important day. Get up and start again. There’s no shame.
It’s pretty self-explanatory. Anyone can build discipline, but not everyone can. Because not everyone keeps going.
