Reflecting upon my runs in June: Tough month but still met my goal

Toughest month of the year in terms of hitting my running goal of 100km.

Faced a lot of obstacles. New city, new job and new schedule. Since I am still not moved to my own place, my diet also wasn't in control and I have been eating out everyday. The summer heat didn't help either.

At the beginning of the month I was lagging behind. I was pretty sure I wasn't going to hit 100km this month. But after moving to Tokyo and starting my new schedule I found the opportunity to run twice a day. Once before work and once after work.

This new schedule helped me increase my numbers. But I still had to push myself to complete the goal. I put a lot of pressure on my body but it paid off.

I hope I can look back on these 100km months in the future and smile.

Less than 400km to hit 1000km goal of the year.
