What if Google makes a clone AI of you?

Late last week I was randomly browsing twitter just before bed and I saw this tweet about the amount of data you give to Google Chrome and how it uses it. I knew about the data collection but the post visualized the thing in a beautiful way. You can find it here- https://contrachrome.com/

After looking at the comic it got me thinking, google has enough data on us users to create a AI clone if they want to. They know what we like, what we dislike, our deepest fears and our behavioral patterns. If you are in the google ecosystem it basically knows everything it needs. Now in the near future when the meta verse is established, along with other similar online worlds, and everyone is sitting in their homes in headsets, Google can just as easily create a better you and they replace you. I don’t know what I mean by replaced, but you get what I am trying to say.

For me as a user, I am kind of okay giving away my data for now. I am heavily invested in the Google ecosystem and it benefits me for now. But I have no problem in the future of pulling everything out and going off the grid. I have plans for that. I also don’t get influenced by the targeted ads Google brilliantly pushes towards me. Because I don’t care for what it wants me to want. I have more control over my desires. But maybe I fall for some of those who knows.

But if you are someone unaware about the data Google or any other tech company has on you, I would suggest doing some research. Understanding what you are getting into is important. I am not saying that you have to stop using these services. But you should at least know at what extent they have data on you and how much you can control. Be a conscious user of the internet. Or else there might be an AI you knocking your online world in the next few years.
