Should you exercise on holidays?

Today’s Eid. A special day for Muslims. If you want to know more, read my previous blog. Today I want to talk about exercising on a holiday. Should you do it?
Before I answer that, let’s look at Arnold Schwarzenegger’s example. One interesting thing that contributed to the success of his body-building career was his mindset toward exercise. He didn’t treat exercise as something extra he needed to do for the day. He treated exercise the same way he treated breathing or eating. If he was eating or breathing that day, he was exercising. It was something he just did. He didn’t need to motivate himself. You don’t need extra willpower to breathe or eat. It’s a basic human function. Just like that exercise became natural to him. This one mindset helped him throughout his career.
So the answer to the question is yes, you should. But that yes isn’t for everyone. You need to be especially motivated in order to be able to manifest this mindset. You need the drive and the passion. If you do, the answer is simple.
