I slept 2 hours extra to complete my dream
Ever since I started running I have seen a positive change in my sleep. I talk about this fact a lot. I am talking about this again. I am in deep sleep stage majority of my sleep time. I have been tracking my sleep with a smartwatch or fitness band for the past 3-4 years and the data shows me how my sleep has been impacted. One other thing I have noticed is that I dream less which might be positive or negative. I am not sure about this point.
I used to dream a lot from 2015-2020. All that dreaming helped me have control over my dreams. I started being conscious of my dreams. Although I dream less now I still have that control. I don’t dream as much as before but today I slept extra 2 hours just to complete my dream. I had a dream after a long time today and I wanted to complete it. I hear my alarm. I am in this dream. But the alarm is ruining my dream experience. So, I open my eyes. I shut the alarm and go back to my dream. It took me 2 hours to complete the dream. It was an interesting dream but I didn’t complete it because it was one of my best dreams. I wanted to complete it because I dreamt after a long time.
I couldn't wake up and get back to my dreams in the past. But ever since that period in my life I gained that skill I guess. Sounds crazy saying it out loud
