Eating outside for 3 weeks straight

I am the last person who will be happy about eating out every single day. But that has been my life for the past 3 weeks. I have been eating all my meals outside every single day.
Firstly, let’s talk about why. Well, if you have been following my blogs, you already know that I moved to Tokyo. But I am still sharing a room with my friend. I will finally move into my place this weekend. Since I share with him, we haven’t been able to get much cooking. Usually, I try to eat all my meals at home. Even if I have work, I try to take a cooked lunch. But all that has gone down the drain. The main reason I ate all my meals at home was that I wanted to control my calorie and food intake. I was happy eating the same thing every single day. But the past three weeks have been really different.
Now, let’s talk about what I ate so far. Eating outside in Tokyo is pretty easy. But sometimes you are spoilt for choice. There are too many options. I don’t like options. The lesser the better. The more options, the easier it is to suffer from decision fatigue. For this reason, my dinners have been mostly at the same Indian restaurant. But my lunches varied every single day. Even my breakfast hasn’t been consistent.
My diet also impacted my exercise. I still haven’t missed my runs but they have been more difficult. I am not used to the current diet and my body is getting confused with all the food it is getting. I have had a hard time maintaining by stamina but I hope it will get back to normal after I finish my move.
