Decisions to make after work

Every day at the end of work, I have to take a decision. A decision that’s simple but has a unique impact.
I live around 45 minutes away from main Tokyo. I have to take the Odakyu line to work. It’s not one of the best lines to take. It’s pretty much always busy. In the morning when I can take the train around 7 it’s busy. Then again after work, it is busy. If I leave at 6 from work, it’s super busy. There’s hardly any space to stand. I don’t really like that environment.
On the other hand, if I leave work around 7 then the train is better. There’s room to stand and sometimes to sit.
Now the decision is on me. Do I take my usual train and face the inconvenience of a busy train? Or do I leave work late and take the easier train?
How do I take the decision? I usually tend to leave on time. I would rather take the busy train than work too much. I don’t think I am productive after 6. But I sometimes like today, it’s nice to get the easier trian.
